Manufacturing  Facilities
King Richard Branded shirts and Trousers are manufactured at Bangalore.
The Quality Controller of Eastern Clothing Company verifies the process of manufacturing of the garments at the outsourced units.
All fabric received  from the supplier is inspected on a sample basis (15%) for the parameters such as
a) Length b) Width c) Defects such as Hole, soiled & Pilling.
Other items such as buttons, tread, lining etc are also inspected as per incoming inspection parameters.

Cutting.
In cutting the following parameters are verified as per quality plan and the details are also  recorded .The following methods are also adopted in cutting process.
• Comparison with pattern
• Line balancing
• Stickering
• Bundling

Stitching.
In Stitching the following aspects are verified as per quality plan.
• Number of Stitches
• Raw edge
• Loose stitches
• Jumping stitches
• Piping
• Gathering
• Puckering
• Line matching
• Labeling
Above mentioned aspects are verified.
The measurement of the shirts is verified  as per the specification given by the Company and the details are maintained in the Measurement verification report .Final inspection is also conducted .
As a  part of the process of manufacturing of the garments  are also under gone calibration.periodically. Quality Controller also verifies the same   for conformity.
For all fabrics wrinkle free wash is conducted for more durability
